Antioxidant and Preservative Effects of <i>Epilobium angustifolium</i> Extract in Beef Burgers Products: Physicochemical Properties, Color Stability, Lipid Oxidation, and Molecular Docking Analyses. [PDF]
This study evaluates the antioxidant and preservative effects of Epilobium angustifolium extract in beef burgers during refrigerated storage. The extract influenced physicochemical properties, color stability, and lipid oxidation, with higher concentrations (900 ppm) exhibiting a prooxidant effect.

Abstract A Lego‐like steel‐framed structural system has been developed within the frame of an RFCS project, REDUCE, to facilitate 1) deconstruction of composite structures, 2) circularity at structure and element levels, and 3) serial production in construction by promoting a greater standardization of structural elements.

Seine Struktur sowie die außergewöhnliche Total‐ und Biosynthese des Antibiotikums werden hier zum ersten Mal beschrieben.
