(λ, ψ)-Bernstein-Kantorovich operators
In this article, we introduce a new family of (λ,ψ)\left(\lambda ,\psi )-Bernstein-Kantorovich operators which depends on a parameter λ\lambda , derived from the basis functions of Bézier curves and an integrable function ψ\psi .

Hurricane‐induced risk contagion in commercial real estate: Evidence from Hurricane Sandy
Abstract This study examines how hurricane‐induced destruction affects the prices of nearby undamaged commercial real estate properties, using Hurricane Sandy as a natural experiment. Using Real Capital Analytics transaction records spatially merged with Federal Emergency Management Agency building‐level damage data, we empirically employ a difference ...

In this study, a different generalization of q-Bernstein operators with the parameter λ∈[−1,1] is created. The moments and central moments of these operators are calculated, a statistical approximation result for this new type of (λ,q)-Bernstein ...

The Borel-Weil theorem for reductive Lie groups
In this manuscript we consider the extent to which an irreducible representation for a reductive Lie group can be realized as the sheaf cohomolgy of an equivariant holomorphic line bundle defined on an open invariant submanifold of a complex flag space ...

ABSTRACT Academic Summary By integrating artificial intelligence (AI) platforms into their processes, firms aim to enhance their strategic capabilities and gain a competitive advantage. This study investigates the impact of such platforms on value generation within solution‐based strategies, proposing two connected mechanisms.

Gluing of abelian categories and differential operators on the basic affine space
The notion of gluing of abelian categories was introduced by Kazhdan and Laumon in an attempt of another geometric construction of representations of finite Chevalley groups; the approach was later developed by Polishchuk and Braverman.

Abstract Purpose Although interviews are individual in nature, and suggestiveness is a major pitfall when questioning children, individual differences in interviewer bias and suggestiveness remain understudied. We assessed relationships between Cognitions and Emotions about Child Sexual Abuse (CECSA) with suggestive questioning and bias across three ...

Invariant differential operators on a class of multiplicity free spaces
If $(G,V)$ is a multiplity free space with a one dimensional quotient we give generators and relations for the non-commutative algebra $D(V)^{G'}$ of invariant differential operators under the semi-simple part $G'$ of the reductive group $G$.

Abstract Locally generated fast magnetosonic (local MS) waves in the Martian ionosphere have been reported recently, which are different from the solar wind‐driven MS waves. However, their effects on particle scattering have not been reported yet. This study pioneers the investigation of electron, proton, and oxygen atomic ion scattering induced by ...

Efficient Dynamics: Reduced‐Order Modeling of the Time‐Dependent Schrödinger Equation
Reduced‐order modeling (ROM) approaches for the time‐dependent Schrödinger equation are investigated, highlighting their ability to simulate quantum dynamics efficiently. Proper Orthogonal Decomposition, Dynamic Mode Decomposition, and Reduced Basis Methods are compared across canonical systems and extended to higher dimensions.
