The structure and conductivity of thin films of organic semiconductors: metal porphyrin complexes MeTPP (Me = Zn, Cu, FeCl), obtained by vacuum deposition under quasi-equilibrium conditions were investigated. Voltage-current characteristics in strong electrical filds up to 105-106 V/cm are studied.

The experimental transmission spectra of epitaxial gallium nitride films with different concentration and mobility of free electrons on a sapphire substrate in the far and mid-infrared spectral ranges have been experimentally studied. The spectral dependences of the refractive index and extinction coefficient have been determined.
