In this paper, various underground, surface and aboveground types of pipeline laying in permafrost soils are considered. The basic principles of calculation for each type are shown. Calculations of underground and surface pipelines with and without insulation have been carried out. An aboveground pipeline with a different span of supports is considered.

In this work the solpsiter package modeling was performed. High power discharges were examined. Deuterium was used as main gas, and nitrogen as a radiative impurity. It was tried to reach radiative X point regime by nitrogen puff increasing. Boundary of nitrogen puffing was found when radiative collapse was occurred.
