Fusarium wilt of flax is an aggressive disease caused by soil-borne fungal pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini. The fungus invades through roots and spreads inside the vascular bundle, blocking water and nutrient flow, which eventually leads to plant wilt and death.

In this work, we analyzed data of limk1 gene sequencing of mutant agnX1 and wild type Canton-S Drosophila strains along with levels of limk1 and limk1-partner genes expression. In agnX1 limk1 gene we found several specific for this strain mutations, potentially able to affect transcription factors binding.
