The aim of the work was to study the interaction of transfer RNA (тРНК) with protein DusC. We obtained тРНКTrp transcripts containing both native sequence of nucleotides and substitutions in critical for the interaction with DusC positions in D-loop. Complex formation was detected by electrophoresis.
