The purpose of the work is to create a control system for digital reconfigurable piezoelectric actuator, with the possibility of using in laboratory samples of scanning probe microscope. As a result of this work, software was developed on the Pico2040 microcontroller, as well as hardware realization of the digital reconfigurable piezoelectric actuator.
