引进厌氧氨氧化脱氮系统失效原因分析及解决途径

作为低碳节能的生物脱氮工艺,厌氧氨氧化引进国内已有十余年的历史,已有多家食品加工龙头企业从国外引进了十多套厌氧氨氧化脱氮系统。这些系统大部分运行良好,但也有少数脱氮效果不稳定,未能达到预期效果。以典型食品加工废水厌氧氨氧化处理系统为例,分析确定了该脱氮系统失效原因在于进水氨氮低于系统设计要求,难以形成稳定的亚硝氮积累,破坏了一体式部分亚硝化-厌氧氨氧化(PN-A)系统的稳定高效脱氮,导致系统出水总氮去除率下降,同时出水硝氮明显升高。为解决此难题,采用高效亚硝化反应器促进食品加工废水快速稳定亚硝化 ...

纳米氧化铜对自养脱氮工艺性能的促进作用研究

在21~25℃的条件下,接种稳定的亚硝化污泥至2个完全相同的膜生物反应器(MBR)中,考察纳米氧化铜对自养脱氮工艺脱氮性能的促进作用。结果表明,纳米氧化铜可有效提升自养脱氮性能,并可将亚硝化污泥诱导转变为全程自养脱氮污泥,使得好氧氨氧化菌、厌氧氨氧化菌及内源反硝化菌在该系统中共存。5 mg/L的纳米氧化铜可进一步提升总氮去除率至90%以上,停止添加后仍保持稳定运行。纳米氧化铜的加入一方面释放铜离子促进了酶的合成;另一方面阻碍氧传递形成厌氧微环境、并相互聚集提供载体,进而诱导并促进厌氧氨氧化菌的生长。
