短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化工艺作为一种新型自养生物脱氮技术,在处理氨氮浓度高、碳氮比低的废水方面具有极大的经济优势。目前对于该工艺的启动方式以及高效稳定运行所需要控制的条件尚未进行很好的总结。基于此,对短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化工艺的影响因素、控制与启动进行了机理分析与总结,并对污泥菌群的生化过程进行了阐述,以期为后续开发更加稳定高效的短程硝化-厌氧氨氧化自养生物脱氮新技术提供理论参考。

目的探讨吸入一氧化氮对重叠综合征患者肺动脉压及血凝状态的影响。方法经肺功能及多导睡眠监测筛选入组患者18例,随机分对照组及一氧化氮吸入组。治疗后观察肺动脉压、D-二聚体、血浆GMP-140的改变情况。结果吸入一氧化氮后测定肺动脉压降低、D-二聚体及血浆GMP-140均较治疗前下降。结论小剂量一氧化氮短时吸入对重叠综合征患者可降低肺动脉压、改善血凝状态、降低血小板活化。
