首次采用辣根过氧化物酶催化降解直接黑38和偶氮荧光桃红染料,发现pH、反应温度、H2O2浓度对酶促反应有重要影响。辣根过氧化物酶可以在pH为3.0~9.0、温度25~65 ℃范围内有效去除直接黑38和偶氮荧光桃红。动力学实验结果表明,辣根过氧化物酶催化反应动力学符合一级反应动力学,并利用双倒数作图法测定了酶催化直接黑38动力学参数Km。

Pseudomonas sp. HS-2降解双酚F及脱氮的特性研究
Pseudomonas sp. HS-2能以双酚F为唯一碳源、NH4+-N为唯一氮源进行生长,并通过异养硝化好氧反硝化过程脱氮。在35℃,150 r/min和pH=7.0条件下,考察了菌株HS-2降解双酚F的能力及其脱氮性能。结果表明,菌株HS-2能够降解500 mg/L双酚F。并且在最适碳氮比为20的条件下,双酚F和NH4+-N的去除率可分别达到99%和96%。并且发现氨单加氧酶参与了双酚F的降解。氮平衡分析表明,47.7%的初始NH4+-N转化为N2。外加柠檬酸钠或硝态氮对双酚F和NH4 ...
