奥美拉唑联合抗生素治疗胃溃疡的疗效及不良反应观察 [PDF]
, 2017 目的 分析研讨奥美拉唑联合抗生素治疗胃溃疡疾病的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 随机从我院2015年8月至2016年12月期间收治的胃溃疡患者中,抽取80例纳入到讨论中,用随机数字法分两组,每组各40例,对照组接受西咪替丁片、阿莫西林、甲硝唑片药物治疗,研究组接受阿莫西林、甲硝唑片、奥美拉唑药物治疗,观察治疗状况,如治疗疗效、不良反应等,并对比分析状况。结果 研究组治疗总疗效90%高于对照组75%,组间数据有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组总不良反应发生率7.50%低于对照组20%,组间数据有统计学意义（P〈
