双相不锈钢S32001角钢悬臂构件弯扭屈曲性能及设计方法研究

双相不锈钢S32001兼具优异强度与经济性,但目前针对其制成结构钢构件的相关研究较为匮乏。文中选取双相不锈钢S32001冷弯角钢悬臂构件的弯扭屈曲性能为研究对象。首先,依托轨道交通区间冷弯角钢设备支架,开展了冷弯角钢悬臂梁弯曲试验研究,试验关键参数包括截面尺寸与悬臂长度;随后,基于试验结果建立有限元模型,并开展了系统性的参数分析。结果表明:试件均出现了所设计的弯扭屈曲破坏;减小长细比与肢长比能够显著提高试件承载力。最终,对比美国规范AISC 360-16中厚实截面角钢悬臂试件承载力计算公式的预测结果 ...
