奥氏体不锈钢在油脂设备中应用广泛,为高效、低成本地获得稳定、高质量的奥氏体不锈钢焊缝,在等离子弧焊+氩弧焊(PAW+TIG)组合焊基础上,提出PAW填丝打底焊+TIG脉冲盖面焊的改进PAW+TIG组合焊工艺,以5 mm厚的S30408不锈钢为例进行焊接试验,通过无损检测、拉伸试验、弯曲试验对焊缝进行检测,并梳理了改进PAW+TIG组合焊工艺实施要素。结果表明,改进PAW+TIG组合焊焊缝的外观良好,未出现焊接变形,各项性能满足工艺要求,焊接速度提升明显。采用该工艺对不锈钢进行焊接能延长油脂设备使用寿命 ...

对304D奥氏体和TSZ410铁素体不锈钢进行了高温过火冷却后的力学性能试验研究,得到了高温过火冷却后不锈钢材料的弹性模量、名义屈服强度、抗拉强度、断后伸长率等主要力学性能指标,并将试验结果与已有同类试验结果进行对比。结果表明,两种不锈钢在不同过火温度和冷却方式(自然冷却、浸水冷却)下有不同的外观特征,过火温度高于400 ℃时,TSZ410铁素体不锈钢试件表面颜色均比304D奥氏体不锈钢要深;高温过火冷却对304D奥氏体不锈钢的屈服强度有一定的影响,对其弹性模量、极限强度和断后伸长率的影响不大 ...

进行了6个不锈钢管混凝土试件的纯弯试验研究,分析了弯曲荷载作用下混凝土类型和截面形状对新型S36950奥氏体不锈钢管混凝土构件破坏模态、荷载-变形关系、抗弯刚度与承载力的影响规律。试验结果表明:固废混凝土对新型不锈钢管混凝土纯弯构件的整体破坏模态影响不大,但固废混凝土对构件抗弯承载力的提升与刚度的改善有积极作用。随后建立了不锈钢管固废混凝土纯弯构件有限元模型并验证既有材料模型的适用性,最后分析了各规范抗弯承载力计算方法的适用性和预测精度。
