不锈钢螺栓连接翘曲试验及有限元分析

采用轻质结构构件常用的奥氏体不锈钢薄板制成双剪螺栓连接件,测定不锈钢螺栓连接板件翘曲对承载力的影响。试验设计了2个双剪螺栓连接试件,端部距离是螺栓连接试件的主要变量。用试验机对双剪试件进行了拉伸试验,并绘制试件的荷载-位移曲线。试验中出现了板件翘曲及试件承载力降低现象。此外,将试验结果与有限元模拟结果进行对比,两者吻合较好,验证了有限元分析的有效性。并采用该模型对不同板厚、端部距离、边缘距离以及螺栓直径的4组8个连接试件进行分析。最后,提出了双剪螺栓连接翘曲极限承载力修正公式,并通过数值模拟结果加以验证。
