双相不锈钢S32001角钢悬臂构件弯扭屈曲性能及设计方法研究
双相不锈钢S32001兼具优异强度与经济性,但目前针对其制成结构钢构件的相关研究较为匮乏。文中选取双相不锈钢S32001冷弯角钢悬臂构件的弯扭屈曲性能为研究对象。首先,依托轨道交通区间冷弯角钢设备支架,开展了冷弯角钢悬臂梁弯曲试验研究,试验关键参数包括截面尺寸与悬臂长度;随后,基于试验结果建立有限元模型,并开展了系统性的参数分析。结果表明:试件均出现了所设计的弯扭屈曲破坏;减小长细比与肢长比能够显著提高试件承载力。最终,对比美国规范AISC 360-16中厚实截面角钢悬臂试件承载力计算公式的预测结果 ...

1 000 kV特高压GIL气室SO2超标异常原因分析及改进措施
本研究对一起1 000 kV特高压气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路(GIL)气室SO2超标展开分析。提出现场加压辅助定位方法进行诊断,对异常部位增加X光检测,发现C相气室4垂直段插接触头有疑似脱出部件和疑似点状凸起。现场解体检查发现母触头触指、压环及不锈钢挡圈从正常位置脱出,触指与公触头熔合。提出返厂模拟挡圈拉力测试,发现拉力达到116.5 kN时,挡圈从母触头处脱出。得出母触头内不锈钢挡圈未安装到位,运行中逐渐脱出后,导致触指与母触头接触不良,长期运行电流作用下母触头与触指过热烧蚀引起SF6气体分解 ...
