野生动物学报, 2021 双垂鹤鸵（Casuarius casuarius）是一种单态性鸟，从外观形态上很难准确区分其性别，对人工配对、繁殖和饲养造成了极大阻碍。本实验选取RASEF基因作为靶基因，利用其同源序列进行引物设计，对3只已知性别和11只未知性别鹤鸵进行PCR扩增和测序，根据RASEF基因序列中的SNP位点判断鹤鸵的性别。结果发现，在3个已知个体中，雄性个体扩增序列的第119、157和162位的基因型分别为纯合子G/G、T/T和C/C，雌性个体中则呈现杂合位点G/A、T/G、C/T。通过对11个未知性别鹤鸵进行鉴定 ...
