, 2019 目的:观察附子理中汤合补阳还五汤对脾肾阳虚兼气虚血瘀型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:64例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各32例,对照组予以莫沙必利分散片治疗,治疗组予附子理中汤合补阳还五汤治疗,疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后胃轻瘫症状严重指数、胃半排空时间及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组的胃轻瘫症状严重指数得分均较治疗前明显降低(P
