Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2013 肠易激综合征是十分常见的消化道功能性疾病,由于它的发病率呈逐年增多趋势,特别是便秘型肠易激综合征（IBS-C）发病率逐年上升,因而日益引起人们的重视。但在我国便秘型肠易激综合征的研究中,有关肛门直肠测压指标参数尚无的统一规范[1],有关胃肠电图的研究资料也较少。本文通过对便秘型肠易激综合征患者进行肛门直肠测压、胃肠电图检测研究,探讨其在便秘型肠易激综合征中的诊断价值。

Huli yanjiu, 1991 便秘是指食物残渣在肠内运行迟缓,排便次数减少、粪质坚硬而造成排便困难。引起便秘的原因很多,在心肌梗塞发病期尤为显著。 1、老年人心肌梗塞的发病率较高,我院1990年收住心肌梗塞患者15例,平均年龄62.8岁。老年人因本身肌肉收缩力减弱、推送粪便动力不足,加之心肌梗塞发病期体质衰弱,肠蠕动变缓,于是发生习惯性便秘。 2、精神紧张。急性心肌梗塞发病时患者有濒临死亡之感,因而精神高度紧张,可导致胃肠道痉挛而影响正常排便功能。
