凡纳滨对虾
Haiyang yu huzhao为探究凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)雌虾产卵频次差异的分子机制，以多次产卵和不产卵凡纳滨对虾雌虾作为研究对象，采用液相色谱与质谱联用(LC-MS)非靶向代谢组学技术对成熟发育早期和晚期的雌虾卵巢进行内源性代谢物分析。结果显示，卵巢成熟发育早期，检测到156种差异代谢物，主要包括胆固醇、雄烯二酮、磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、前列腺素E2等脂类相关代谢产物，以及精氨酸、苯丙氨酸、丝氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸等氨基酸，富集在128条代谢通路中，如卵巢类固醇生成 ...
