本发明公开了一种处理肝素钠生产过程中老化废水的工艺方法,包括:来液通过粗滤去除老化废水中的大粒径固体物质,杀菌调质处理后的老化废水引入沉淀池加入可食用的复配药剂使之沉淀;定期排放沉淀池中的污泥,经浓缩排水后形成粗营养物质铺入淋洗槽;取沉淀池上层清液进行加热蒸发析出粗盐并刮取,水分及挥发性有机物汽化进入催化氧化床冷凝形成回收水;基于回收水对淋洗槽中的物质进行淋洗,得到脱盐粗营养物质。本发明在老化废水处理中加入可食用的复配药剂沉淀,形成了固相、液相、气相,固相形成粗营养物质,液相经过蒸发制备得到粗盐 ...
