中药肛滴灌肠法在肛肠科的应用

中药保留灌肠作为一种治疗手段,在临床各科已广泛应用。特别在肛肠科对于治疗慢性结肠炎等肛肠疾病是目前最主要的方法。以往多采用中药肛门注入法,此法由于停药推入速度较快,对肠道刺激大,在肠道中留时间短,病人不易接受;中药易外溢,因而药物不易充分发挥作用,护士操作时也费时费力很不方便。我们改用吊瓶中药灌滴法,此法操作简单,省时省力,病人易接受;由于药物缓慢滴入减少了对肠壁的刺激,使药物在肠道停留的时间长,同时也不易外溢,因此药物能充分发挥作用,收到了良好的效果。现将此法介绍如下:
