Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1990 15例大肠癌切除术中并用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil简称5-Fu)肠腔化疗,同时测定肠系膜静脉血和周围静脉血液中的5-Fu浓度。肠腔灌注5-Fu 15分钟和30分钟肠系膜静脉血药浓度分别为222±79μg/ml和110±26μg/ml,而在周围静脉血除2例检测出极低的药物浓度外,其余13例均未能检出5-Fu。结果表明肠腔灌注5-Fu后,很快就被肠壁吸收,使局部静脉血液内抗癌药在短时间内达到高浓度,可以杀灭术中脱落的癌细胞,并阻止其经血道转移,而周围静脉血药浓度几乎为零,不致引起全身毒性反应。
