韭菜子等补肾中药促进雷帕霉素诱导的急性退化胸腺再生 [PDF]

目的：探讨以韭菜子为代表的多种补肾中药对小鼠胸腺急性退化后再生过程的影响。方法：8周龄BALB/c雄性小鼠48只，随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阴性对照组、阳性对照组、蛇床子组、补骨脂组、覆盆子组和韭菜子组，每组6只。除正常对照组外，各组小鼠接受雷帕霉素（1 mg·kg－1·d－1）连续腹腔注射5 d并饥饿处理14 h诱导胸腺急性退化。造模成功后，阴性对照组腹腔注射等量等渗氯化钠溶液，阳性对照组腹腔注射二甲双胍（300 mg·kg－1·d－1），其他各组分别灌胃给予蛇床子（0.78 g·kg－1·d ...
