肺感颗粒联合西医常规治疗改善流行性感冒患者短期临床症状的前瞻性观察研究

目的:评估中药制剂肺感颗粒联合西医常规治疗改善流行性感冒(简称流感)患者短期症状的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性观察研究设计,纳入2024年2月至3月在浙江大学医学院附属第一医院发热门诊就诊的流感患者。按照是否使用肺感颗粒分为观察组(肺感颗粒联合西医常规治疗)和对照组(西医常规治疗)。采用中医症状评分量表,分别于患者就诊第1天和接受治疗后的第3天评估患者发热、咳嗽、咽痛等主要症状,以及胸闷、食少、肌肉酸痛、口干等次要症状。通过配对秩和检验比较不同组别治疗前后中医症状量表评分的改善程度 ...

Imperatorin ameliorates myocardial ischemia‐reperfusion injury by inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress‐mediated apoptosis via the PI3K/AKT/Nrf2 pathway

By activating the PI3K/AKT/Nrf2 pathway, imperatorin can reduce endoplasmic reticulum stress and its mediated apoptosis in cardiomyocytes, improve the pathological changes of myocardial tissue, and thus improve myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
