在过去的几十年内圈养动物的福利逐渐被认同,动物丰容已经成为动物饲养管理中的重要组成部分。近年,国外的丰容方法和理念传入国内,为丰容工作提供了技术支持。但是由于管理理念的不同,相比于丰容方法我们需要更多的关于丰容管理和执行方面的探讨。本文总结南京市红山森林动物园近年的动物丰容工作管理经验,从丰容库的建立、丰容计划、丰容物资、执行过程的再调整、丰容团队管理等方面浅析动物园丰容管理与执行策略,以期为城市动物园丰容工作的有效开展和管理提供参考。
