Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的探讨昭通市布鲁菌病（布病）患者的流行病学特征、临床表现及治疗转归，为当地布病防控及临床诊治提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析昭通市125例布病患者的人口学、流行病学资料、临床表现、血液学指标以及治疗转归情况。结果布病患者中男性占79.2%（99/125），女性占20.8%（26/125），92.7%的患者有明确接触史。最常见的发病年龄为30~69岁，占92%。主要临床症状为发热、骨关节痛、乏力、出汗，部分患者可出现寒战、肌痛、头痛、阴囊/睾丸痛、咳嗽、咳痰、腹痛等症状。50.4%的患者出现骨关节受累 ...

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2011 【目的】 了解澳门地区医院感染产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)大肠埃希菌的临床分布特点和基因型特征。【方法】 收集2007年12月至2008年2月期间从澳门地区两家医院的临床患者中分离到的大肠埃希菌158株,用表型确定试验确定产ESBL大肠埃希菌。应用PCR方法分别扩增产酶菌株的CTX-M-3、CTX-M-9、TEM和SHV等常见的β-内酰胺酶基因，并结合临床分离菌株的分布特点对PCR扩增结果作进一步的分析。【结果】 澳门地区临床分离的158株大肠埃希菌中，有54株产ESBL，产酶率为34.2%。PCR

Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1988 WEABED—I电子计算机系统是为辅助诊断和治疗临床水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱而设计、编制的,分诊断主程序和治疗主程序二部分。诊断主程序利用简化的BAYES公式——评分法和智能分布建立数学模型而编写。可诊断临床常见各种水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱。治疗主程序综合现代国内外有关理论,原则,方法和公式,以指令和文本形式编写,根据病人所患紊乱综合症提出一个完整的治疗方案。临床应用150例结果表明:本系统的诊断和治疗水平基本达到本专业专家水平而高于一般临床医生。
