目的乙型肝炎病毒六种主要基因型的分析,并探讨与乙肝血清标志物的关系。方法提取200例北京同仁医院乙型肝炎感染者血清核酸,采用型特异性引物PCR进行基因分型。用电化学发光法检测血清的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原、表面抗体、e抗原、e抗体、核心抗体。结果B型占26%、C型64%、BC复合型10%;C型的HBeAg阳性率显著性高于B型,在不同的基因型中HBsAg转阴率无显著性差异。结论北方人群中C型占优势,且C型HBV不易发生HBeAg血清学转换。
