Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1980 无症状乙型肝炎表面抗原HBsAg携带者在世界各地广泛存在,据估计全球约一亿六千万。各国感染率差别很大。在我国为1.78—13.9％之间,人数相当多。近年来有报告乙型旰炎感染与原发性肝癌的发生有一定的联系。对HBsAg携带者的随访调查,其目的在于了解其发病机理、经过和转归,有助于乙型肝炎的防治。现将我们对无症状的HBsAg携带者118例随访3～27个月的结果报道如下。
