Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2010 目的研究不同类型乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染者中HBV基因型分布情况及其临床意义。方法应用基因型特异性引物聚合酶链反应法（PCR）,对180份HBV感染者血清进行基因型分型。结果180份标本中,162份（90%）可检出基因型,18份（10%）未检出基因型。162份HBV基因型分布为:B基因型1例（0.6%）,C基因型159例（98.1%）,B+C混合基因型2例（1.2%）,未检出A、D、E、F基因型。结论邯郸地区HBV感染者中,基因型分布较单一,C基因型占绝对优势,同时存在少量B基因型及B+C混合基因型 ...
