陕西地区静脉血栓栓塞症患者MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性分析以及对临床诊疗的指导意义

目的 探讨陕西地区静脉血栓栓塞症患者MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性分布情况。方法 选取西安交通大学第一附属医院静脉血栓栓塞症治疗患者439例,检测MTHFR和MTRR的基因型,统计基因型及等位基因分布特征,并对比国内外其他地区基因型及等位基因分布差异。结果 MTHFR和MTRR基因型分布CT、TT、CC;AA、AG、GG,分别占患者总数的48.06%、30.07%、21.87%;67.43%、28.93%、3.64%。MTHFR CC及TT等位基因频率分别为45.90%和54.10%;MTRR ...
