低温同步短程硝化反硝化可行性研究

为了解决市政废水生物脱氮过程中碳源不足的问题,利用多循环序批式反应器(MCSBR)建立了基于混合生物膜和悬浮污泥的主流同步短程硝化反硝化工艺。重点考察了温度对生物膜、悬浮污泥短程硝化和反硝化效果的影响,并分析了低温条件下同步短程硝化反硝化的可行性。周期实验结果表明,在好氧阶段,NO2--N无显著上升,而总氮明显下降,且无明显的NO3--N积累,说明MCSBR内发生了同步短程硝化反硝化。随着温度的降低,氨氧化和反硝化容积负荷均呈下降趋势,但混合体系氨氧化活性始终低于其反硝化活性 ...

一例亚洲象全身冻伤的抢救与治疗

一只成年雄性亚洲象由于长期处于低温条件下饲养,已超出亚洲象所能忍受的“最低临界温度”,致全身性冻伤造成机体抵抗力降低,继而引发呼吸系统、消化系统等一系列病理变化,导致体温降低,卧地不起。经采取以纠正休克、改善心肾功能为主的治疗措施,补充能量、提高体温、增强机体抵抗能力,设法改变饲养环境,加强兽舍保温,经一周治疗后该象基本恢复正常。

厨余垃圾木质素改性处理亚甲基蓝废水性能研究

以废弃的厨余垃圾惰性组分木质素为原料,通过高锰酸钾改性制备出高锰酸钾改性木质素粉末(KMnO4-LP)用于亚甲基蓝废水的处理。考察投加量、pH、时间和温度等因素对其处理亚甲基蓝废水效果的影响,并结合动力学模型、吸附等温线模型、吸附热力学以及位点能量分布理论分析其对亚甲基蓝废水的处理机制。结果表明,随着投加量和pH的升高,亚甲基蓝去除率在逐渐增大。吸附在240 min内基本达到平衡,符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir模型,最大吸附量达到48.19 mg/g,属于自发、吸热和熵增的反应 ...
