柔性直流工程用气体绝缘穿墙套管设计

穿墙套管是实现阀厅内外电气连接的关键设备,应用于柔直工程的穿墙套管存在交直流复合、高频谐波等特殊工况。笔者通过对SF6气体绝缘穿墙套管在交直流复合、谐波、机械形变下的电场进行仿真分析,得到了柔直套管设计的相关结论。研究表明,交直流复合电场分布介于纯交流、纯直流工况之间。采用工频1 h、直流2 h试验场强校核套管的谐波耐受能力,可以满足工况要求且不过分放大设计裕度。套管形变使得导电杆、屏蔽最大场强值增大,交流、直流工况下场强增大比例接近。按照仿真优化结果,制造了样机,并顺利通过相关试验。
