皮肤纤维化中细胞代谢重编程研究进展 [PDF]

皮肤纤维化主要是指成纤维细胞过度增殖和细胞外基质过度沉积这一过程,会导致增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩、系统性硬化病等疾病。皮肤纤维化是一个动态变化的复杂过程,各种皮肤常驻细胞以及炎症细胞互相作用,最终导致细胞外基质沉积,甚至呈现侵袭性生长特征。细胞的表型及其功能的实现依赖于动态的细胞代谢反应,而细胞信号转导又与细胞代谢密切偶联。由于皮肤纤维化微环境中的细胞代谢-信号偶联对于炎症反应和纤维化活化至关重要,调节这些代谢途径可以为抑制甚至逆转皮肤纤维化进展的治疗提供新视角。本文系统回顾了皮肤纤维化中各类细胞的代谢特征,

抑郁症在全球范围内严重威胁着人类的身心健康,其发生发展与体内脂质和氨基酸等代谢异常有密切联系。犬尿氨酸及其下游代谢物如犬尿酸、3-羟基犬尿氨酸和犬尿喹啉酸等已证明影响抑郁症的发病过程,表明犬尿氨酸及其代谢物具有作为抑郁症诊断生物标志物的潜力。本文对抑郁症与犬尿氨酸及其代谢物之间的联系进行综述,可能为抑郁症的诊断与治疗提供新思路。

Highlights Among 301 studies, diabetes mellitus was the most studied cardiometabolic risk factor. In the network meta‐analysis, cerebrovascular disease had the highest impact (relative risk [RR] 1.69; 95% CI, 1.65–1.73) on COVID‐19 outcomes compared to other cardiometabolic risk factors.
