抑郁症在全球范围内严重威胁着人类的身心健康,其发生发展与体内脂质和氨基酸等代谢异常有密切联系。犬尿氨酸及其下游代谢物如犬尿酸、3-羟基犬尿氨酸和犬尿喹啉酸等已证明影响抑郁症的发病过程,表明犬尿氨酸及其代谢物具有作为抑郁症诊断生物标志物的潜力。本文对抑郁症与犬尿氨酸及其代谢物之间的联系进行综述,可能为抑郁症的诊断与治疗提供新思路。
