皮肤纤维化主要是指成纤维细胞过度增殖和细胞外基质过度沉积这一过程,会导致增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩、系统性硬化病等疾病。皮肤纤维化是一个动态变化的复杂过程,各种皮肤常驻细胞以及炎症细胞互相作用,最终导致细胞外基质沉积,甚至呈现侵袭性生长特征。细胞的表型及其功能的实现依赖于动态的细胞代谢反应,而细胞信号转导又与细胞代谢密切偶联。由于皮肤纤维化微环境中的细胞代谢-信号偶联对于炎症反应和纤维化活化至关重要,调节这些代谢途径可以为抑制甚至逆转皮肤纤维化进展的治疗提供新视角。本文系统回顾了皮肤纤维化中各类细胞的代谢特征,

目的比较食管鳞癌患者和健康志愿者的血清代谢谱,寻找食管鳞癌特有的代谢标志物。方法选择一组明确诊断的食管鳞癌患者作为实验组、一组健康志愿者作为对照组,以液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS)检测其血清轮廓代谢谱,通过单变量分析和多变量(主成分分析及偏最小二乘回归分析法等)比较两组代谢谱并寻找差异性代谢物,通过代谢物质通路的富集分析探讨其可能异常生物学过程。结果入组食管鳞癌患者20例为实验组,健康对照20例为对照组,变异倍数分析和T检验等单因素分析结果得出21种差异性代谢物(P<0.05);选择单变量分析P ...
