稳态自然对流问题的连续内罚有限元方法

本文对于稳态自然对流问题建立了一种内罚有限元格式.该方法通过在通常的混合Galerkin形式中添加能够对速度、压力和温度的梯度跳跃加以L2-控制的稳定项有效地解决了对流占优和速度、压力混合元空间因要求满足LBB条件而造成的解的不稳定性.最后,本文得到了速度、压力、温度的最优先验误差估计.

液压碟簧机构控制阀轻量化优化设计

高压开关液压碟簧机构所用的控制阀主要采用传统加工方法，存在质量或体积大、损失高等问题。文中以减小流道压力损失、结构轻量化为优化目标，先对控制阀阀体的流道进行流场优化，再以优化后的流道为基础进行增材设计和强度校核，得到轻量化控制阀阀体，最终质量和体积减少超过60%，轻优化效果明显，为液压碟簧机构控制阀的优化设计提供一种新思路。
