基于CAE技术的高压开关弹簧机构凸轮优化设计

针对高压开关设计和使用中提出的凸轮曲线轮廓优化问题,在大型CAE软件ANSYS中进行参数化建模和有限元分析,得出了凸轮碰撞过程中的瞬态应力分布等力学参数,并以此为依据,建立了凸轮的优化数学模型,以凸轮与轴承的最大接触应力最小为优化目标,分析了相应的约束条件和设计变量,在ANSYS的优化模块中,进行了凸轮曲线形状的优化设计,并对优化前后的结果进行了比较。探索了一种CAE技术在高压开关设计中应用的新方法,所做研究对提高凸轮机构的设计质量和设计效率有较好的指导意义和参考价值。

变压器分接开关内酚醛压板的神经网络全局优化设计

为改善变压器分接开关电场环境,笔者重点研究了变压器分接开关内酚醛压板的电场分布,利用有限元法计算了这种绝缘结构的电场,提出了结构设计的神经网络最优化方法。在神经网络最优化方式中,构建酚醛压板绝缘结构参数——电场分布的多输入—多约束输出神经网络模型,利用最优化方法构建优化算法,真正实现了酚醛压板绝缘结构的全局优化设计。结果表明,该方法对于研究多输入—多约束输出模型的全局优化设计具有普遍的指导意义。
