液压碟簧机构控制阀轻量化优化设计

高压开关液压碟簧机构所用的控制阀主要采用传统加工方法,存在质量或体积大、损失高等问题。文中以减小流道压力损失、结构轻量化为优化目标,先对控制阀阀体的流道进行流场优化,再以优化后的流道为基础进行增材设计和强度校核,得到轻量化控制阀阀体,最终质量和体积减少超过60%,轻优化效果明显,为液压碟簧机构控制阀的优化设计提供一种新思路。

弹簧机构用缓冲器优化设计与疲劳寿命分析

为实现弹簧操动机构用液压缓冲器的小型化、轻量化和高可靠性,需要对缓冲器进行优化设计与疲劳寿命分析。文中以缓冲器缸体为研究对象,首先建立缓冲器有限元模型,利用Ansys Workbench对其结构强度进行仿真计算,并采用其特有的优化模块Design-Exploration对缸体的壁厚进行优化,得到最优的设计方案。其次为保证优化后缸体的疲劳可靠性,利用疲劳分析软件nCode Design Life对该缸体进行疲劳寿命分析,确定了缸体容易发生疲劳破坏和损伤的位置,得到了缸体的疲劳寿命云图 ...

基于遗传算法的普通V带传动的优化设计

在普通V带传动设计中 ,大多采用传统设计方法 ,存在计算精度低 ,难于找到最优解等问题。本文提出将遗传算法应用于普通V带传动的优化设计过程 ,以最小带轮体积为优化目标函数进行优化设计。计算实例表明 ,在满足传动承载能力的前提下 ,可有效减小带轮体积。此方法可应用于同类零件的优化过程。
