超声检查诊断一例头皮慢性难愈性创面伴硬脑膜外脓肿患者 [PDF]
浙江大学学报. 医学版一例中年女性患者在接受开颅手术并植入人工硬脑膜5年多后出现头皮手术切口持续流脓不愈，经全身抗菌药物及局部创面清创治疗1个月后未见明显改善。超声检查显示人工硬脑膜植入区域与周围皮瓣组织完全分离，局部血运丧失。经手术取出人工硬脑膜材料并行游离皮瓣移植术实现创面覆盖，术后随访10个月患者伤口愈合良好。
