脉冲DBD体系SF6降解过程操作参数影响研究

强温室效应气体六氟化硫(SF6)的降解处理是环境保护领域的一个研究热点。为研究微秒脉冲介质阻挡放电(dielectric barrier discharge,DBD)等离子体降解SF6的过程,文中搭建了微秒脉冲介质阻挡放电SF6降解及检测实验平台,考察了脉冲电压与频率两个电学参数及SF6初始体积分数对SF6降解过程的影响。结果表明,脉冲电压与频率的提升可有效增加体系放电功率,电压的增加可有效提升单脉冲放电能量与最大转移电荷量。频率和电压的上升促进了SF6降解过程,在频率由14 kHz提升至15 ...
