电缆在低温环境下,其绝缘材料如交联聚乙烯、橡胶等材料的脆性增加,在敷设过程中受到外力更易出现开裂,威胁电缆安全运行。文中基于一款成盘电缆加热保温拖车,建立了电缆低温环境降温模型与拖车加热保温模型,对保温拖车在不同工况下的保温效果进行计算分析,并对电缆升降温过程实验验证。结果表明:为满足敷设标准要求,电缆在出车前温度应不低于20 ℃;针对电缆升降温过程的仿真计算与实验验证结果与温度变化趋势一致,证明仿真模型与结果的准确性;保温拖车行车和驻车不同加热模式均能对成盘电缆起到良好的保温效果 ...
