淤地坝是水土保持小流域治理的主要工程措施之一,其作用是抬高侵蚀基准面,控制沟道侵蚀,滞洪蓄水、拦泥淤地,对治理沟道水土流失、减轻下游河道泥沙淤积发挥着重要的作用。工程质量的好坏直接关系到该区域生态环境的好坏,其对于江河的治理、改善当地生态环境和确保人民生命财产的安全具有重要的意义。因为经济条件以及技术的限制,淤地坝坝体市场隐含着许多的风险。若不进行针对性的除险加固,则危害到一方民众的安居乐业。本文从淤地坝除险加固的必要性分析出发,对淤地坝除险加固工程初步设计进行了分析,并提出了相关的对策。

通过模拟室内风力、水力、冻融条件,进行单一水蚀、冻融+水蚀、冻融+风蚀+水蚀3种营力组合试验,揭示了复合侵蚀条件下的砒砂岩产流产沙变化规律。结果表明:(1)相同降雨条件下,冻融+水蚀、冻融+风蚀+水蚀试验的径流量均为水蚀试验的1.2倍,产沙量分别为水蚀试验的2.4,2.8倍。冻融能够增大砒砂岩产流产沙量,风蚀对增加侵蚀产沙量的作用较小。(2)砒砂岩产流产沙过程的峰值及变幅随营力种类的增多而增大,单一水蚀的产流产沙过程相较于复合营力作用下的水沙过程具有显著的坦化特征。(3)复合侵蚀作用使初始入渗率增加 ...
