Renmin Zhujiang为解决水利工程施工过程中的水土流失问题，以金平苗族瑶族傣族自治县三岔河水库工程为例进行研究，首先总结水利工程施工水土流失的特征与危害，同时分析水利工程施工期间导致水土流失的影响因素，如破坏地表、废弃土石堆放等。最后提出水利工程施工的水土保持对策，包括开展水土流失分析及预测、构建分区水土保持措施体系，强化各分区（枢纽工程区、道路工程区、施工生产生活区、料场区、灌溉工程区、弃渣场区）水土保护等，以期为水利工程施工中的水土流失防治工作提供良好参考。
