mTOR信号通路在脂噬相关疾病中的作用与调控机制

脂噬是一种新型的脂质代谢,是细胞内脂滴选择性自噬降解的过程。脂噬与脂代谢相互作用,对维持机体能量平衡至关重要。生长因子、能量等多种信号参与了mTOR信号通路的调控并对脂噬产生影响。大量研究表明mTOR通路介导的脂噬对多种疾病的发生和发展起关键作用。本文综述了mTOR信号通路介导的脂噬在肝脏疾病、病毒感染疾病及神经系统疾病的调控机制,靶向脂噬可能成为未来治疗多种疾病的新策略。
