[目的]探讨糖尿病病人的健康教育内容和方式,以提高其生活质量。[方法]采用自拟的问卷对82例糖尿病病人进行调查,针对问题提出对策。[结果]糖尿病病人对糖尿病发病的相关因素、应监测的内容有欠缺,更喜欢从与医护交流、讲座、与病友交流的方法来获得相关知识。[结论]重视不同个体对健康知识的需求,给予针对性的健康教育,并对其效果和护士的健康教育能力进行评价,可满足病人的疾病知识需求和提高护士健康教育的质量。
