电池储能系统被认为是解决可再生能源的不确定性和不平衡性导致的功率不足和频率波动的有效途径。基于此,文中提出了一种基于电池的荷电状态SOC(state of charge)的电池储能系统混合控制策略。首先,文中将电池的SOC、调频和调峰需求划分为不同的区域,并对调频和调峰提出相应的控制策略,提出SOC自恢复控制策略。之后提出储能的混合控制策略,基于电池储能的SOC,将储能的调频与调峰功能与SOC自恢复策略相结合,实现储能对电力系统的优化。最后通过仿真分析验证该控制策略的合理性与应对可再生能源波动的能力。

为降低高比例新能源配电网电压越限风险和线路潮流越限风险,本研究提出一种计及高比例新能源配电网电压风险的储能容量优化配置方法。该方法首先识别高比例新能源带来的电压越限风险和线路越限风险,并基于效用理论构建量化模型;接着建立风、光、荷的概率模型,确立储能运行控制策略,在考虑配储经济性条件下,建立以系统风险最小为目标的储能选址定容优化模型,最终通过算例确定储能最优安装位置和容量以及运行方式,结果表明储能多点分散接入能降低高比例新能源配电网风险值,验证了所提方法的可行性。
