用于补偿风电预测误差的混合储能容量配置及成本分析

为大型风电场配置适当容量的储能系统,可以有效提高电网对风电的接纳能力。文中提出了一种由压缩空气储能和蓄电池组成的新型混合储能系统,并将其用于平衡风功率和风电场预测功率之间的偏差。基于低通滤波方法将功率偏差进行分解,得到两类储能系统的控制输出功率,以采取相应的控制机制补偿预测误差。在计及蓄电池损耗特性的基础上,建立了蓄电池的寿命评估模型。通过分析混合储能系统的成本结构,建立了该系统的全寿命周期成本计算模型。以典型风电场为例对不同储能方案进行的对比分析验证了所述模型和方法的可行性。算例结果表明 ...
