Mn掺杂BiOCl光催化降解苯酚的研究

以Bi2O3 和MnCl2·4H2O为原料,利用水解法合成了Mn/BiOCl催化剂。用XRD、HRTEM等对其进行了表征。以苯酚作为光催化反应模型化合物,考察了Mn/BiOCl催化剂的紫外光催化活性。并评价了清除剂对催化剂紫外光催化活性的影响。结果表明:Mn的含量对Mn/BiOCl催化剂的光催化活性有很大影响。当n(Mn):n(Bi)为1:100时,所合成的Mn/BiOCl催化剂光催化活性最高,苯酚的光催化降解率达到70.3%。

负载型TiO2固定相光催化氧化剂固定化技术研究

以耐火砖颗粒为载体,用浸涂法制备了负载型TiO2 光催化氧化剂,并设计了一种二相流化床光催化反应器。考察了固相催化剂制备过程中粘结剂的量、载体粒度及催化剂的表面处理方式等因素对催化剂的活性影响。结果表明,在流化床光催化反应器中,利用该方法制备的负载型TiO2 光催化氧化剂,对染料4BS 溶液的降解脱色反应具有很好的光催化活性及光催化效果的稳定性,为光催化技术的实际应用提供了有意义的尝试。

着重研究了固定床催化条件下对二甲苯与γ-丁内酯连续流动反应的催化活性和选择性.在对几类不同固体酸催化剂考评的基础上,选择H-Beta分子筛为催化剂并考察了反应温度、氮气流量、液体进样量、催化剂的焙烧温度等因素对反应的影响以及催化剂的再生稳定性和导致催化剂失活的主要因素.实验结果表明,H-Beta分子筛对此反应有较高的催化活性和选择性,与γ-丁内酯有关的副反应可能是导致催化剂失活的主要因素,但是失活后的催化剂可直接在固定床中通入空气灼烧反复活化再生,避免了以往液体酸催化中催化剂的一次性使用问题 ...

磁性Fenton催化剂氧化降解有机污染物的研究进展

磁性催化剂不仅催化活性高,还具有独特的磁响应性,在外加磁场作用下可以实现分离与回收。磁性催化剂可有效解决传统Fe2+催化剂回收困难、易产生二次污染等问题。综述了近年来的相关研究,重点讨论磁性Fenton催化剂的分类和合成方式,并介绍了其在Fenton和类Fenton体系中的催化性能。分析表明,磁性催化剂来源广泛、可再生、合成操作相对简便易行。未来研究应致力于拓展催化剂的pH适用范围、提高催化剂稳定性、开发新型负载材料。
