磺化石油焦催化合成乙酸乙酯

以石油焦为原料,浓硫酸为磺化剂,通过磺化反应制得了磺化石油焦新型酸催化剂.在乙酸乙酯的合成反应中考察了该催化剂的催化活性.结果表明:在优化条件下(反应温度90℃,反应时间2.5 h,催化剂0.5 g,乙酸0.15 mol,醇酸摩尔比1.5∶1,环己烷10 mL),酯化率可达96.2%.与K2641强酸性阳离子交换树脂相比,磺化石油焦酸催化剂表现出较高的催化活性,循环使用5次后,催化剂活性基本保持不变.

秸秆纤维素基水凝胶负载Fe3O4/Cu催化剂还原硝基苯甲酸
