语前聋儿童电子耳蜗植入术后行为问题的观察 [PDF]

【目的】观察学龄前语前聋儿童电子耳蜗植入术后的行为、社会适应能力及心理状态特点, 探讨电子耳蜗植入术 后是否对儿童的行为问题产生影响。【方法】采用儿童心理测量量表(CBCL), 对21 例电子耳蜗植入术后儿童与35 例配带助 听器儿童进行行为调查, 累计两组儿童各行为因子分值, 并作比较。【结果】两组儿童各行为因子分值无统计学上的差异(P >0.05)。【结论】与带助听器并已达到正常听力补偿的语前聋儿童相比, 学龄前已行电子耳蜗植入术的语前聋儿童的行为, 社会适应能力及心理状态无明显的优势 ...

The differences of hand coordination between children with ADHD and normal children while doing tasks of different difficulty levels(基于不同任务难度的注意缺陷多功障碍(ADHD)儿童与正常儿童的手部运动协调性差异研究)

以ADHD儿童和正常儿童为被试，设计视觉-运动整合实验方法，研究基于不同任务难度的ADHD儿童与正常儿童手部运动协调性的差异.结果表明：(1)在简单手指序列按键实验中，ADHD儿童的准确性较正常儿童低，运动协调性较差，节奏不稳定.(2)在复杂手指序列按键实验中，ADHD儿童的视觉-运动整合的准确性明显下降，运动协调性在准确性方面与正常儿童相比达到显著性差异，节奏变化波动大、更不稳定，结果揭示ADHD儿童从事复杂任务更为困难.
