Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1999 目的: 比较电灼治疗前后女性生殖道湿疣的免疫状态变化, 了解患者其免疫功能在湿疣发展中的作用。方法: 采用流式细胞技术及比浊法对 45例生殖道湿疣及 30例正常妇女的血淋巴细胞亚群及血清免疫球蛋白和补体进行检测。结 果: 湿疣者 CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8 及 IgA、C3水平低于正常对照组, 治疗后无复发者 12 例的 5 项指标比治疗前升高, 而复发者 33 例则无变化。结论: 免疫功能在湿疣的发生发展中起关键作用,电灼等治疗可刺激机体的免疫功能。
